But certainly big enough for a lengthy beach visit, normal work day, city trip or simply getting the groceries, in style of course. This particular Thecla Tote is a stylish and sustainable must have bag, crafted from marine vinyl and finished with two, yes TWO inside pockets.
This tote, a design I made a while ago for my stylish dutch friend Thecla who just wanted a simple tote to carry her many pens, pads of paper, phone and wallet, is handmade by me in my studio at the bottom of my garden. It can hold all the things you need for the day. And a woolly hat, maybe. This one boasts a hugely stand out, 2″ wide navy, red and cream striped handle which is comfortable to hold.
Inside I have lined this one one with navy dry waxed cotton which is water resistant even though water may soak in , in won’t go through to the other side. And the outside is made with durable, water resistant vinyl, from a local boat upholsterer! It’s a great size for daily use or weekends away.
